Pro Zell ski school
1. Registration and conclusion of contract
Registration for our courses takes place online, by telephone or in person and is binding. A contract is concluded upon registration and confirmation by the ski school.
2. Terms of payment
The course fees are due upon registration and can be paid by bank transfer, credit card or in cash. If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to allocate the place elsewhere.
3. Withdrawal and Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the course are free of charge. For cancellations made 14 days before the start of the course, an administration fee of 20% of the course fee will be charged. No refund will be given for later cancellations.
A refund for a group course that has already been booked and taken place is only possible in the event of injury or illness, subject to presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor! The amount to be refunded will be recalculated on the basis of the services actually provided for the period in question!
No refund is possible in the event of a no-show or if you are not satisfied! A voucher cannot be cancelled! The voucher is valid for 30 years in accordance with Austrian law. A voucher cannot be redeemed for cash!
4. Course delivery
The ski school reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses in the event of insufficient numbers of participants, poor weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Complaints
Any complaints or grievances must be reported by the customer immediately to the person in charge at the meeting point directly at the Rosenalm to enable a swift resolution!
6. Liability and insurance
Participation in the courses is at your own risk. The ski school is only liable for damage caused by gross negligence or intent. Sufficient accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the participants.
7. Data protection
The personal data collected as part of the registration process will be used exclusively for the purpose of running and processing the courses. It will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
With your express consent, you agree that photographs and video recordings of your children may be made for documentation and advertising purposes during their stay on the children's grounds. This consent can be revoked at any time without giving reasons. No recordings will be published without your consent.
8. Miscellaneous
Amendments and additions to these GTC must be made in writing. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. By registering for our courses, you accept these General Terms and Conditions.
